By Gregory Gay - Light Records is all aglow with the addition of Chicago’s Ricky Dillard to their artist roster. 

The signing was announced by James Robinson, newly appointed President of Light Records.  Dillard’s last effort with the New Generation Chorale, The 7th Episode: Live In Toronto was released in 2007, and generated multiple radio hits including “The Light,” “Our Father,” “You Are Holy” and a cover of Bishop Eric McDaniel’s “One More Chance.”  The CD peaked at number 7 on the Billboard Gospel Chart.    During GMWA, Ricky Dillard participated in the “Brat Pack Reunion” alongside Bishop Hezekiah Walker and Donald Lawrence.
