Archbishop Hall’s spiritual beginnings came as a result of sitting under the tutelage of the late Reverend Clarence Cobbs, founding pastor of the First Church of Deliverance. Archbishop Hall considered Reverend Cobbs as a father and spiritual mentor, and served Reverend Cobbs faithfully for over 38 years.  In 1979, he founded the First Church of Love and Faith and went on to organize the First Spiritual Churches of Truth, Inc. Archbishop Hall serves in various capacities including that of executive committee member of the Chicago Gospel Music Festival and Senior Vice President of the Broadcast Ministers Alliance of Chicago.
